Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Aqua Pure Elite, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best quality products and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds and cancellations are handled. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
2. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is defective, damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

The request for return is raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
In such cases, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund as per customer preference.
3. Refunds

For approved cancellations or returns, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase (for COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Consumable spare parts, filters and items that are opened/used.

Products damaged due to improper handling or installation not done by authorized service personnel.

Customized or special-order products.
5. Service Cancellation
For service bookings (installation, maintenance or repairs):

Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.

Last-minute cancellations may attract a service charge.
